The MIL 39006/22 (CLR79) provides from 1200μF @ 6V, to 56μF @ 125V. The MIL 39006/25 (CLR81) provides from 680μF @ 25V, to 82μF @ 125V. Both series are offered in hermetically-sealed case sizes of T1, T2, T3 and T4 and are rated for operation over a temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
Typical applications for the MIL 39006 wet tantalum capacitors include power conversion, filtering and hold-up in avionics, defence and space systems.
