Based on Exxelia’s proven ST79 series, the ST79HT200 wet tantalum capacitors provide a higher temperature capability for space-constrained applications which need robust capacitors with a very high CV. This combination of high capacitance and high-temperature capability, with hermetically-sealed cases and polarised design, makes the ST79HT200 series suitable for aeronautic, defence and space applications.
The series is manufactured in accordance with DSCC Drawing 93026 and offers the ability to withstand the high levels of shock and vibration.
