Glenair’s MIL-DTL-38999 type tight-tolerance fibe optic connection system is available in metal and composite versions and features qualified MIL-PRF-29504/4 sockets and MIL-PRF-29504/5 pin termini for size 16 cavity insert arrangements.
All components are completely manufactured in-house at Glenair. This also includes the tight-tolerance M38999 fibre optic connectors, ultra-low dB loss QPL M29504/04 (pin) and QPL M29504/05 (socket) termini for both single and multi-mode applications, as well as a complete range of assembly tools and other accessory components.
