EVOTEC has been designed to be comfortable to use, but at the same time tough enough for challenging working environments. Applications include measurement and control engineering, IT, medical, laboratory and environmental technology. It can also be wall mounted for access control.
EVOTEC is available in two versions: one with a large flat top for switches, push buttons and touch displays; the other with a 12° inclined top for desktop applications. The sloping top version can be specified either with or without a recess for a membrane keypad or product label. The new 100 size and the recently launched 150 size are available only with the flat top.
All the enclosures have screw pillars both in the top and base for installing PCBs; self-adhesive rubber feet ensure stability on flat surfaces; and they are assembled using Torx assembly screws to prevent tampering (These are particularly suitable for medical electronics).
EVOTEC’s soft contours are moulded from UV-stable ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0). All four plan sizes (the new 100 x 62mm and the existing 150 x 93mm, 200 x 124mm and 250 x 155mm sizes) are available in off white (RAL 9002) as standard.
Accessories include an optional IP 65 seal, wall suspension elements and self-tapping screws for installing PCBs.
