Delivering improved low current consumption and high performance for multi-band GNSS applications this amplifier has been specifically designed to meet the increasing demands of wearable and IoT devices.

The NT1195 operates across a frequency range of 1164 MHz to 1610 MHz and offers a compact solution with a high gain of up to 18 dB in the L2/L5/L6 bands and a remarkably low noise figure of just 0.7 dB in the same bands.

With an operating current of only 1.9 mA and a versatile supply voltage range from 1.5 V to 3.7 V, this LNA enables prolonged device operation, critical for today's mobile and wearable technology.

This LNA features a small EPFFP-6-FA package size of just 0.7 x 1.1 x 0.37 mm, making it one of the smallest solutions in its class, and requires only two external components. It also includes a standby function to further reduce power consumption, extending battery life when not in active use.

The NT1195 was designed to address the need for high-efficiency, low-power GNSS applications in a market that continues to demand smaller sizes without compromising performance levels.

The LNA is designed for a wide range of applications, including smartwatches, health bands, GNSS modules, tracking devices, and drones. The product is currently available through our extensive network of distributors and partners.
