NI offers competition to win entrance tickets to this year's NIDays 2017

National Instruments is holding its annual NIDays London 2017 technology conference at Sandown Park Racecourse in Esher, on Tuesday 28th November and is running an online competition offering participants a chance to win an entrance ticket to NIDays London, worth £150.

The competition, which is now live, closes on 5th November and winners will be contacted on the 6th of November.

According to NI, even if you have already registered, and you win, you will still be reimbursed.

The event focuses on NI’s software-defined systems in test, measurement and control, will include presentations from a broad range of sectors and manufacturers.

Stuart Dawson, Chief Technology Officer at The University of Sheffield’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) will be discussing what he sees as “super-trends” looking at energy, Industry 4.0 and the electrification of transportation.

He will discuss how AMRC enables manufacturers of any size to become faster, cheaper and greener through the introduction of advanced manufacturing techniques.

Among other speakers at the event will include Averna, who will provide an overview of the major technical issues currently facing connected-car developers including emerging technologies and regional standards, and will give examples on how to overcome these challenges.

Many other NI customers and partners will take to the stage to discuss and demonstrate their engineering innovations.
