LeCroy adds mixed signal capabilities to high definition scopes
Teledyne LeCroy has launched two new oscilloscopes, both of which combine 16 channels of mixed signal capabilities with HD4096 high definition technology, long memory and a compact form factor.
Available in bandwidths ranging from 200MHz to 1GHz, the HDO4000-MS and HDO6000-MS feature a 12.1in touchscreen and an intuitive interface. Powerful debug tools are supplied, along with automatic measurements and waveform math capabilities.
HDO4000-MS scopes support up to 2.5Gsample/s, with up to 25Mpt/channel . Two and four channel models are available with bandwidth ranging from 200MHz to 1GHz.
HDO6000-MS scopes are four channel devices sampling at 2.5Gsample/s. With a maximum memory of 250Mpt/channel, the devices are available with bandwidths of 350MHz, 500MHz and 1GHz.
