1 min read

It's fair to say that electronic design engineers in the UK have not had the best of service when it comes to national events.

With the Electronics Design Show, however, visitors will get the chance to attend an event catering specifically to their professional needs, gaining access to high level conferences, free practical workshops and an exhibition demonstrating and promoting cutting edge technology and innovation from market leading suppliers.

Created by New Electronics' parent company Findlay Media, The Electronics Design Show will co-locate with the Engineering Design Show and occupy the whole of Hall 2 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry between 2 and 3 October.

Those signed up to address the conference comprise representatives from some of the UK's most illustrious names, including Freescale, Plastic Logic, Wolfson Microelectronics and Visteon.

Running parallel to the Electronics Design Show conference programme will be the workshop programme, which is intended to give practical, hands on advice on a range of technical issues.

Two workshop theatres will cover 20 sessions across both days. Speakers confirmed include representatives from some of the biggest names in the electronics sector, including National Instruments, Altium, Analog Devices, Zuken, RS Components, Tektronix and XJTAG.

Five reasons to attend:

• The show has been created specifically for electronic design engineers. That means YOU!

• Review the latest techniques and technology from more than 80 market leading suppliers

• FREE practical technology workshops, providing information to help you with your design projects
