embedded world 2017

Be it security for electronic systems, distributed intelligence, the IoT, or e-mobility and energy efficiency – the whole world of embedded systems will be on display at the embedded world trade fair in Nuremberg this March.

There will be more than 930 exhibitors and numerous speakers from 42 countries presenting everything from construction elements through to modules and full systems, operating systems, hard and software, and services. More than 30,000 trade visitors and 1700 conference participants are expected from 73 countries.

Highlights include a roundtable discussing security and protecting critical infrastructure; an exhibitor’s forum where companies can present their products and services; multiple conferences about embedded systems and display technologies; and special shows divided into three key areas: displays, machine to machine, as well as safety and security.

Speakers at the roundtable will be Professor Christof Paar from Ruhr University Bochum; Arne Schönbohm, president of the Federal Office for Information Security; and Tyson Tuttle, president and CEO of Silicon Labs.
