Second EAL6+/SKPP, High Robustness Certification by NSA for INTEGRITY-178B Operating System.

Green Hills Software, the worldwide leader in high assurance operating systems that are FAA/EASA-certified and NSA-evaluated, today announced that the latest baseline of its INTEGRITY®-178B multi-level secure real-time operating system (version 4), has been certified by the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP), a U.S. government initiative operated by the National Security Agency (NSA), to Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level (EAL) 6+, High Robustness. This is the second time that NIAP and the NSA have rigorously evaluated and successfully certified the INTEGRITY-178B RTOS according to the requirements defined in the US Government's Separation Kernel Protection Profile (SKPP).
