Our design engineers are skilled in creating new products that are both viable and cost effective to manufacture and can advise on component selection, materials and assembly processes. They can also produce conceptual diagrams and 3D models before products go into production.
Our manufacturing capabilities are fundamental to the service we offer. We provide a tooling design and production service. We also have a range of automatic and semi-automatic plastic injection moulding machines. This combination enables us to design, tool and manufacture bespoke components for our customers in a streamlined and efficient way.
We provide a comprehensive box build and contract manufacturing service for customers who have their own in-house design expertise and just require manufacturing support.
All of our resources are located in our High Wycombe facility which gives us complete control over all elements of the service we offer: our design engineers and manufacturing team work closely together to ensure a completely integrated approach to production. Our 4500M2 facility is ISO: 9001:2008 approved and we operate at the highest quality levels at all times. We have also recently achieved ATEX accreditation as a manufacturer.
