Op amp built on proprietary process

Intersil's ISL28207 op amp uses advanced bias current cancellation techniques to achieve low bias current drift over the operating temperature range, making it suited to high impedance input signals in process control, automated test and data acquisition.

The first in a family of op amps being built on the company's proprietary bipolar process technology, the ISL28207 is a dual 40V low power bipolar device that exhibits dc precision and good temperature drift. With an offset voltage of 75µV max and a typical input bias current of 60pA, temperature drift is 0.65µV/°C max for input offset voltage and 0.2pA/°C for input bias current. It has an operating voltage range from 4.5 to 40V and an operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C.
