The new HiT range of MLCCs has an operating temperature range of between -55 to +200ºC and have been designed to be used in a variety of high temperature applications and offering tin over nickel terminations, which have not previously been available.
With a wide capacitance range of 4.7pF to 3.3uF, over the rated voltage spread 16 to 630V dc, these new MLCCs are expected to prove of interest to projects in oil exploration, geothermal, military, automotive under-hood and avionics. Stable and ultra stable dielectric options, C0G & X7R materials, are both RoSH compliant and lead free.
This range is manufactured to exacting standards and use Knowles’ innovative screen printing process to provide a high quality component.
