The series delivers 420W output power in a compact 5” x 3.29” x 1” frame that combines power and efficiency in a space-efficient package.

Its semi-potted chassis and baseplate-cooled configuration ensure optimal performance across diverse settings, making it suitable for applications where space is at a premium. With a wide-ranging input compatibility spanning from 85~264Vac, this series can adapt to various operating conditions.

The LFM420S Series functions at altitudes of up to 5000m and with Over Voltage Category approvals of OVC III (2000m) & OVC II (5000m), it guarantees reliability and safety in demanding environments.

The LFM420S Series provides an impressive power density of 25W per cubic inch. Its fanless operation ensures consistent performance without compromising on noise levels or cooling effectiveness, even sustaining 350W with an external baseplate.

Operating reliably across a broad case temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, this series achieves efficiency rates of up to 94.5%. The series is available in a variety of output voltages including 12V, 15V, 24V, 28V, 30V, 36V, 48V, and 54V, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of electronic devices and systems.

Equipped with Over Temperature Protection, Over Voltage Protection, and Continuous Short Circuit Protection, the LFM420S Series meets stringent safety standards. With approvals from IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 and compliance with EN 55032 and CISPR/FCC Class B standards, users can trust in the safety and integrity of their operations.

The series is suitable for industrial settings, telecom infrastructure, network installations, IPC, battery storage, drones, ROV, substations, marine applications, and harsh environments for robotics.

For applications requiring less power, the LFM300S series is also available.
