This year's Hitex Arm User Conference will be held on Thursday 28th November. It will bring together experts to present new and emerging technologies for Cortex-M microcontrollers.

Initially launched to coincide with the release of the first Cortex-M processor, the conference gathers the UK embedded community under one roof to discuss all the latest developments in microcontroller silicon, software and design techniques.

The final agenda includes speakers from Arm, mbed, Feabhas, ST, Anglia, Infineon and SecureThingz. On the two days prior to the conference, training courses will be run focusing on using an RTOS and developing secure communications for the IoT.

“We ensure that we build a technical agenda every year which enables all our customers, old and new, to explore the latest developments and releases from Arm and their partners”, explained Trevor Martin, Arm Technical Specialist of Hitex. “With no sales pitches or roadmaps on the agenda, the time invested away from the office delivers real benefits which can be taken back and used in current and future projects.”

With Cortex-M microcontrollers now hitting 1GHz clock speed, the day includes informative presentations and an exhibition area to help attendees have meaningful conversations about topics such as agile computing, IoT security, functional safety, machine learning and smart sensors.

Hitex is also offering several delegate exclusive offers, including a code for 10% off selected Keil software packages and entry into a free prize draw for a set of Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 earbuds.
