Surtech acquires power distribution unit IP
Enclosures specialist, Surtech Distribution has acquired the IP rights to a range of power distribution units (PDUs) formally manufactured by Modular Power Products.
The company has announced that it will now manufacture and stock a standard range of vertical and horizontal 19in mountable PDUs at its Andover headquarters.
Sonia Johnson, sales manager at Surtech: "Modular Power Products PDUs perfectly complement our range of enclosure systems; they can be factory fitted into racks during final assembly. Our Andover inhouse manufacturing facility enables us to be flexible enough to supply bespoke customer systems at low cost and on minimum lead times."
