1 min read

The Internet of Things (IoT) presents new security challenges which are only now beginning to be addressed. Join ETSI at our Security Week 2016 event from 13 to 17 June 2016 at ETSI, Sophia Antipolis, France, to discuss IoT security and discover the measures ETSI is taking to ensure “security by default” in our IoT standards.

ETSI Security Week 2016 will combine the ETSI IoT Security workshop running from 13 to 15 June and the ETSI Technical Committee CYBER plenary meeting from 15 to 17 June. ETSI will also be hosting an AIOTI (Alliance for Internet of Things Innovation) Security and Privacy workshop on 16 June.

Our Internet of Things Security workshop (13 to 15 June) will focus on the technical, business and policy implications of securing the Internet of Things (IoT), taking examples from the most relevant IoT domains such as automotive, health, smart city and the industrial internet. International security experts will share their research and experience, and discuss relevant issues when facing IoT security challenges across the various domains. The conference will include a number of interactive panel sessions, and new for 2016, both demonstrations and poster sessions organised alongside the main event.
