Automotive Integrated Gate Drive Optocouplers
Avago's gate drive R2Couplers are ideally suitable for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The voltage and current supplied by these optocouplers are suitable for direct driving IGBTs with ratings up to 1200 V/100 A. The R2Coupler have integrated features such as UVLO, fault status feedback, desaturation detection and IGBT soft shut down that protect the power devices during fault conditions.
