International Rectifier expands portfolio of 40 to 100V mosfets
International Rectifier has expanded its range of 40 to 100V automotive qualified mosfets to include a range of logic level devices. The new devices are said to be suitable for heavy load applications used in traditional internal combustion engine platforms and micro and hybrid vehicle platforms.
The devices have been optimised to deliver low on state resistance across a range of voltages from as low as 8 mohm at 55V, and are said to simplify gate drive requirements, while saving board space and component count.
According to IR, the mosfets are built on the AU Gen 10.2 trench technology and feature an environmentally friendly, lead free and RoHS compliant bill of materials.
