The TMPM036FWFG features an ARM Cortex-M0 core running at up to 20MHz from a voltage ranging from 2.3 to 3.6V. Supplied in a 100pin LQFP measuring 14 × 14mm, the device is said to offer more communication and timer function channels than its predecessor, the TMPM037FWUG.
Amongst its features are an eight channel communication interface (six channel SIO/UART and two channel I2C) and a 14 channel 16bit timer.
