RS upgrades DesignSpark PCB

DesignSpark PCB version 3 is said to provide extra functionality and enable the pcb design software to be used with Spice simulation tools from several major manufacturers. In addition to the tool's new simulation interface, version 3 also includes component and circuit element grouping and design calculators that can model circuit performance characteristics.
