NIDays, the annual graphical system design technical conference and exhibition, brings together more than 600 leading engineers and scientists from across the UK and Ireland. This free, one day, multi-track conference features keynote presentations, interactive sessions taught by NI experts, hands on workshops, and an exhibition showcasing the latest advancements in design, control and test. Previous keynote speakers include Professor Brian Cox OBE of the University of Manchester, Wing Commander Andy Green OBE, the land speed record holder and 'fastest mathematician on Earth', Louise Hardy, the infrastructure director of the London 2012 Olympic Park and Professor Steven Cowley of the UK Atomic Energy Authority. NIDays 2012 will welcome Dr Robert Mullins, the co-inventor of the Raspberry Pi and lecturer at Cambridge University, as well as NI's president and ceo and co-founder Dr James Truchard.
