Transcend Exclusive SSD Scope pro

Transcend SSD Scope Pro is an advanced diagnostic and maintenance tool to help keep your SSD running fast, clean, and error-free. SSD Scope Pro includes the following functions :

Drive Information / Performance

Capacity / Erase / Scan

System Clone

DEVSLP Device Sleep Mode

Transcend SSD’s support SATA3 DEVSLP. The minimum power consumption measured by ULINK micro-current standard is only 1mW, which is far below the average consumption of 5mW. It takes only 10ms to wake up from DEVLSP, ensuring the high performance of resume. Without DEVSLP, the power consumption will take up to 20mW.

SuperMLC

Developed by Transcend, this firmware technology is able to write data into the MLC by simulating a writing method of the SLC. The read/write performance can be raised by 50%, and the endurance can be prolonged.

AES (Advanced Encryption Standard)

The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is a symmetric-key encryption standard adopted by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to safeguard confidential electronic data. Each cipher has a 128-bit block size, with key sizes of 128, 192 and 256 bits. The AES is now widely implemented in software and hardware.

IPS (Intelligent Power Shield)
Intelligent Power Shield (IPS) is mainly designed for industrial use. With polymer tantalum capacitors (PTCs), IPS can prolong the amount of time for the SSD controller to complete write commands, ensuring the integrity of data transfer in the event of sudden power loss.
