QGen, a customizable code generator and model verifier for Simulink and Stateflow models

AdaCore announces the release of QGen 2.1.0, a qualifiable and customizable code generator and model verifier for Simulink and Stateflow models. This tool can generate MISRA C and SPARK/Ada source code producing readable, traceable, and efficient code. It is particularly suited for developing and verifying high-integrity real-time control applications, especially where safety certification is required. The tool is highly configurable thanks to its visible intermediate representation.

Rhopoint is pleased to announce its newly formed partnership with Cissoid who are the leader in high temperature & extended lifetime semiconductors.

CISSOID has been the leader in high temperature semiconductor solutions since 2000, delivering standard products and custom solutions for power management, power conversion and signal conditioning in extreme temperature and harsh environments. CISSOID provides high reliability products guaranteed from -55°C to +225°C and commonly used outside that range, from cryogenic lows to upper extremes.

The line up for this year's conference programme has been confirmed and is now available to view online. Join us on 21-22 October to hear from industry giants such as ARM, Cambridge Consultants, and EE. There will also be keynotes from representatives from e2v, Cambridge University and Freescale.

R&S® RTE : Simply More Scope

More reliable measurements, more tools and fast results, more fun to use – that's the new R&S®RTE oscilloscope. They offer fast and reliable solutions for everyday T&M tasks such as embedded design development, power electronics analysis and general debugging. Users benefit from features such as high sampling and acquisition rates and good signal fidelity. A comprehensive set of measurement and analysis tools deliver fast results and the high-resolution touchscreen makes the R&S RTE very easy to use.

Guaranteed 0.04% Accurate Hybrid/Electric Battery Monitor Includes Isolated Interface

The LTC6804 is a high voltage, multicell battery stack monitor that measures up to 12 series connected battery cells with a total measurement error of less than 1.2mV. The cell measurement range of 0V to 5V makes this device suitable for most battery chemistries. All 12 cell voltages can be captured in 290µs, and lower data acquisition rates can be selected for high noise reduction. Multiple LTC6804 devices can be connected in series, permitting simultaneous cell monitoring of long, high voltage battery strings. Each LTC6804 has an isoSPI interface for high speed, RF-immune, local area communications. In conjunction with Arrow Electronics Ltd.

Elastomer Socket for High Bandwidth Applications

GHz BGA & QFN/MLF sockets are ideal for prototyping and testing almost any BGA or QFN device application. These ZIF sockets provide excellent signal integrity yet remain cost effective. Innovative elastomer interconnect technology that delivers low signal loss (1dB at 8 GHz or 10GHz) and supports BGA or QFN/MLF pitches down to 0.3mm was utilized in these sockets.

Low Power, 14-Bit, 125Msps µModule Octal ADCs with High AC Performance

The LTM9011-14/LTM9010-14/LTM9009-14 are low power, 8-channel, simultaneous sampling 14-bit A/D converters designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. AC performance includes 73.1dB SNR and 88dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). Low power consumption of only 140mW per channel reduces heat in high channel count applications. Integrated bypass capacitance and flow-through pinout reduces overall board space requirements in a small form factor. In conjunction with Arrow Electronics.
