New AXON-IMX6 & IMX8M-MINI - For embedded applications requiring extra I/O flexibility

New from RDS is the TechNexion AXON product family which consists of small form factor (58 x 37mm) modules designed for specialized embedded applications requiring extra I/O flexibility. The IMX6 is powered by NXP i.MX6 cortex-A9 processor and the IMX8M-Mini is powered by NXP i.MX8M Mini Solo/Dual and Quad cortex A53+M4 processor, all with AXON Fabric Logic built in.

The IMX6 is powered by NXP i.MX6 cortex-A9 processor and the IMX8M-Mini is powered by NXP i.MX8M Mini Solo/Dual and Quad cortex A53+M4 processor, all with AXON Fabric Logic built in.

These are specialised ICs that allow additional functions including nearly infinite pinmuxing for true pin to pin compatibility between SoC versions.
