Fairchild Semiconductor's FLMP N Channel mosfets

SSOT-6 FLMP N Channel mosfets designed to handle 1.8W of power dissipation are now available from Fairchild Semiconductor.

The 30V, 90mohms FDC796N and 100V, 70ohms FDC3616N combine Fairchild's PowerTrech technology and flipchip in a leaded moulded package, which saves 70% baord space, according to Fairchild. This type of packaging eleminates convetional wire boands and provides a low thermal resistance path between the pcb and the mosfet die. Both models are siad to offer low RDS(on) ratings and low gate charges.
