AnalogicTech's AAT1152 dc/dc convertor

The AAT1152 from AnalogicTech is a dc/dc converter that is said to reduce the need for external components.

By offering full internal compensation, the AAT1152 from AnalogicTech is a dc/dc converter that reduces the need for external components. The device integrates an 850kHz 1A buck dc/dc converter with a power OK function that alerts the system if the output falls out of regulation.

With fixed inputs ranging from 2.7 to 5V, the device offers outputs adjustable from 1 to 4.2V, depending upon the options selected. Included are 110mO mosfet switches, with the device operating in constant pwm mode. Efficiency is said to be 95%.
