  • Embedded World: Goepel electronics to unveil 'revolutionary' strategic realignment

Goepel electronics has announced that it will introduce a 'revolutionary' strategic realignment with regard to testing, programming, validation and emulation on chip and board level at this year's Embedded World.

The company plans to introduce a completely new class of technologies for JTAG/Boundary Scan, chip embedded instruments, in system programming or processor emulation tests, under the designation 'Embedded System Access' (ESA). A range of innovative technologies such as VarioTAP and ChipVORX support new dimensions in accessing components and assemblies and, according to Goepel, it is responding to the changing requirements to test and programming strategies, as well as reduced electronic and intrusive areas.

Goepel will also be displaying new software and hardware solutions for ECU test and bus communication to electronic vehicle components. The company states that Net2Run is currently the most powerful software suite for configuration and data administration using the Series 61 communication controller for CAN, LIN and FlexRay as well as testbus simulation. Also on display will be the PXI 6161 which, according to Goepel, is the only PXI interface module in the world supporting MOST150 standard.

Goepel will be exhibiting at Embedded World in Hall 4, stand 302.
