Event-based machine vision in Industry 4.0 applications

Prophesee SA (formerly Chronocam) has introduced its first commercial implementation of its event-based vision technology for machines. The Onboard reference system is aimed at developers of vision-enabled industrial automation systems such as robots, inspection equipment, and monitoring and surveillance devices. It features a Prophesee-enabled VGA-resolution camera combined with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and can be quickly integrated into a production camera system design.

Medical power supplies meet curve B radiated and conducted EMI

TDK-Lambda has unveiled the CUS30M and CUS60M series of AC-DC power supplies. Rated at 30W and 60W, these compact products have been designed to meet curve B conducted and radiated EMI in either a Class I or Class II (double insulated) construction, without the need for external filtering.

RS adds Tek scope to portfolio

RS Components has added the Tektronix TBS2000 series of digital storage oscilloscopes to its portfolio. According to the distributor, the TBS2000 captures and displays more signal than competitive units by featuring 10 vertical and 15 horizontal divisions.

Power measurement software provides PC connectivity

The WTViewerE software from Yokogawa provides PC connectivity for the company’s power analysers – including the WT3000E, WT1800E, WT500 and WT300E models – via Ethernet, USB, GPIB or RS232 interfaces. This connectivity allows users to control, monitor, collect and analyse measurement data, and save measurements remotely.

The LTC2358-18, an 18bit, 8channel simultaneous sampling successive approximation register (SAR) A/D converter from Linear Technology – now part of Analog Devices – features integrated picoamp input buffers.
