Production ready IoT module

Said to be production ready, the Samsung ARTIK 053 module provides high-performance and hardened security for next-generation edge applications such as connected home appliances, building products, health care devices and industrial automation.

According to the company, the module features an ARM Cortex-R4 core running at 320MHz, 1.4Mbyte of RAM and 8Mbyte of flash, a pre-certified Wi-Fi radio and software. The module also enables access to the Samsung ARTIK Cloud platform secure services, allowing faster development of connected enterprise, industrial and consumer applications.

New offerings in the Samsung ARTIK Cloud platform include fast device onboarding, edge node management, secure over the air updates, integration with Amazon AWS Kinesis Stream, new cloud connectors including Google Assistant on Google Home and Amazon Alexa Smart Home Skill.
