Diodes add versatility to its logic product line

Diodes Incorporated has released four new multifunction gates featuring user-customised logic configurations so that a single part can replace multiple devices. This product line expansion is said to add a new level of versatility to Diodes' existing 74AUP1G logic family and provides space and weight saving benefits in space-constrained applications such as wearables, smartphones and other portable consumer electronic devices.

The 74AUP1G57, 74AUP1G58, 74AUP1G97 and 74AUP1G98 provide base gate arrangements with three inputs and one output, from which the user can configure the required logic function. Each part is available in four package types, ranging in size from SOT26, SOT363, DFN1410 and the DFN1010 package which measures 1 x 1 x 0.39mm.

The 74AUP1Gxx parts not only feature a supply current of <0.9µA at up to 85oC and low static power consumption, but can operate down to 0.8V VCC to conserve power.
