Digitiser board range extended 125Msample/s

Spectrum Instrumentation has added five models to its general purpose M2p.59xx series of PCIe 16bit digitiser cards. The additions increase the maximum sampling rate to 125Msample/s. This, along with higher overall bandwidth, is said to enable the cards to capture a wider range of signals and to suit them to use in applications where signals from DC to 50MHz need to be acquired and analysed with speed and accuracy.

Female power contacts for 2mm pitch connectors

Looking to increase power delivery levels, Harwin has launched a female contact for its Datamate connectors. Using a proprietary six finger design machined from a single piece of beryllium copper, the T-Contact is said to raise the current capacity on 2mm pitch interconnection systems to 8.5A per contact.

Fast 60V protected high side N-channel MOSFET driver

Analog Devices, which recently acquired Linear Technology, has launched the LTC7003, a high speed, high side N-channel MOSFET driver that operates up to a 60V supply voltage. Its internal charge pump fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, enabling it to remain on indefinitely.

Time-of-Flight 3D vision solution

A time-of-flight (ToF) chipset and development kit from Melexis is said to enable simple, modular and future proof design of 3D vision solutions. Previously available only as part of a development system, the chipset is now available to designers everywhere.

Libero SoC v11.8 software provides debugging capabilities

The latest version of Microsemi’s Libero SoC software – version 11.8, a comprehensive suite of FPGA design tools – has been released. In addition to the software release, which includes enhancements such as mixed language simulation, debugging capabilities and a new netlist viewer, the company is also introducing a free evaluation license enabling users to evaluate the company’s flash-based FPGAs and SoC FPGAs.
