Solid State Supplies now stocks the RICO-3288 Pico-ITX fan-less board from Aaeon. Central to the design is the 32bit Rockchip RK3288, featuring four ARM Cortex-A17 cores, which the company claims is more efficient at multi-tasking than dual-core devices.

Rohde & Schwarz introduces a probe with very large offset range

The RT-ZPR20 is an extremely low-noise power rail probe with a bandwidth of 2 GHz. Developed by Rohde & Schwarz its 1:1 attenuation ensures very good sensitivity and a large offset range of ± 60 V permits analysis of the smallest disturbance signals during power integrity measurements, even on DC power supplies with a high voltage level.

3U VPX board with Zynq Ultrascale+

The VPX3-ZU1 from PanaTeQ is an expandable SBC on a 3U OpenVPX compatible board. The device comes with the Zynq UltraScale+, Xilinx’s latest multiprocessor SoC device built using 16nm technology.

Rugged VPX processor blade boosts computing power

ADLINK Technology’s VPX3010 series rugged 3U VPX processor blade with 12core Intel Xeon Processor D-1500 SoC has been designed for server-grade computing performance. It comes with a VPX3010 quick start kit and GPGPU companion products, such as an optional discreet VPX GPGPU blade or XMC module with the 384 CUDA core NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M GPU.

Two VME SBCs to implement latest processor

The XVB603 and XVR19 6U VME single board computers (SBCs) have been announced by Abaco Systems, which are based on the seventh generation Intel technology codenamed ‘Kaby Lake’. The boards are designed to cover the full range of VME processing applications from industrial control through to fully rugged, mission critical defence and aerospace deployments.

First SMARC 2.0 module

Congatec has unveiled its first credit card sized modules for the new SMARC 2.0 specification. They are based on the newly released 14nm Intel Atom, Celeron and Pentium processors (code named Apollo Lake).

The cPCI-6940 6U CompactPCI processor blade from Adlink Technology is available with up to 16 cores and high performance graphics. Suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -45 to 85°C, the rugged device comes with 16Gbyte of soldered DDR4 memory.
