Industry’s first 12-bit, 1 GSPS ADC

TI's ADS5400 is the industry's first 12-bit, 1 GSPS ADC – 2X the speed of competition.

The device delivers unmatched resolution and linearity in systems requiring over 200MHz of signal bandwidth. This highly flexible device provides fine gain, offset and phase adjustments to ease interleaving or I/Q balancing when utilizing two or more ADS5400's. The ADS5400 also provides user selectable straight or de-multiplexed DDR LVDS outputs which enable designs to minimize I/O traces or speed. The ADS5400 is ideal for radar and defense applications, test and measurement, wide-band wireless communications and general purpose high-speed digitizers.
