How to perform a simple device breakdown test with Keithley's new model 2657A

In this short video, Keithley applications engineer Dave Wyban shows you how to perform a simple breakdown test on a high power, high voltage igbt device using Keithley's new 2657A high power system SourceMeter instrument.
