Hall Effect Measurement Fundamentals

Learn how to make Hall effect measurements as they relate to semiconductor materials and device characterization. This seminar presents an introduction to Hall effect measurements, including background on their application, methodologies for deriving Hall voltage, resistivity, and carrier mobility, and techniques for ensuring measurement quality.
