Small Footprint

Today’s IoT nodes employ low-cost MCUs with limited RAM and Flash. Large stacks are not able to fit into such devices, making a small-size almost a must-have for the IoT.NetX Duo’s minimal foot print is small (as little as 25 kb) making it the ideal choice for devices, edge routers and sensors on the IoT that require cloud connectivity.

Fast

ThreadX achieves a sub-microsecond context switch on most popular processors and is significantly faster overall than other commercial RTOSes. In addition to being fast, ThreadX is highly-deterministic - ThreadX achieves the same fast performance if there are 200 threads ready or just 1. In addition, X-Ware IoT Platform utilizes the near-wire-speed performance of NetX Duo.

Secure Connectivity

The X-Ware IoT platform couples with the NetX Secure TLS/DTLS to provide an Industrial Grade, secure IoT connectivity solution allowing a choice of access to all cloud providers using these protocols. Like all Express Logic products, the X-Ware IoT Platform is 100% created in-house, meaning no open-source code and full professional support.
