ACPL-339J – A New Generation of Smart Gate Drive Optocoupler

Avago Technologies announced the industry's first dual-output Gate Drive Optocoupler which maximizes gate drive design scalability and power conversion efficiency The ACPL-339J is a 1A output current gate drive optocoupler with dual outputs optimized for driving both high-side and low-side gates of the MOSFET buffer stage. The ACPL-339J features an internal active timing control circuitry preventing cross conduction and minimizing switching losses in the MOSFET buffer stage.

IZT S1000 – Multi channel signal source, up to 31 ARBs in one unit.

The S1000 is a unique product capable of generating up to 31 signals in 120MHz blocks. It is possible to synthesise an entire spectrum from a recording or generate the required signals off-line. Each signal is independently controllable with respect to centre frequency, power, launch delay and noise levels. IQ data can be streamed via Ethernet for real-time modulation of two signals with others stored on the internal hard drive. All signals are phase synchronous for diversity or MIMO testing.
