ESD-Resistant Automotive TVS Diodes from Littelfuse

Littelfuse SP3530 0.3pF 22kV Unidirectional Automotive TVS Diodes are fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology that provides a high level of ESD protection. The SP3530 series safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation.

The new CMx series meets the market demand for reduced technical performance but still provides key features such as high long-term stability, optimum temperature coefficients and high load capacity. The new resistors work in the temperature range from -65°C up to +170°C and are available in the standard sizes 2512, 2010 and 1206, making them suitable as components in vehicle applications.
