With production sites in the UK and Slovakia, we can offer rapid prototype and pre-production service, highly skilled production staff following IPC620C workmanship standard combined with continuous improvement in production and test equipment. Telegärtner UK can develop any new cable assembly project by using dedicated design and production engineers to assist and enhance the customer design and product realisation.

One of the key product areas for Telegärtner UK is the semi-rigid cable assemblies made according tocustomer requirements. The developed length of the cable is accurately calculated using the latest AutoCAD 3D software to draw the cable design. Once drawn, our experienced production engineers can utilise our automated semi-rigid bending machine to bend your cable assembly to any shape, perfect every time.

Telegärtner UK also offers enclosure and box build cable assembly solutions to ensure all product requirements can be fulfilled from one source. Telegärtner UK can provide turnkey solutions from R&D and procurement all the way to assembly. We can offer solutions made to customer specification and supply finished metal work painted & printed and populated with connectors, cables, switches, wiring or PCBs to suite any application. Design efficiency is increased by integrating systems and re-engineering in order to supply the ideal solution to our customers.
