CMOS d/a converter is ‘world’s fastest’

Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe has launched an 8bit, 4channel d/a converter in 40nm cmos technology, which it claims is the fastest in the world.

ARM announces license agreement with Fujitsu

Cambridge based ARM has signed a comprehensive license agreement with Fujitsu Semiconductor for its IP products. Through the agreement, Fujitsu will offer platforms featuring the latest ARM technology such as the Cortex-A15 processor, pictured, Mali graphics and CoreLink systems IP.

Fujitsu launches new FM3 32bit microcontrollers

Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe has released 44 microcontrollers, the initial batch of chips from its new FM3 family of 32bit general purpose risc microcontrollers using the ARM Cortex-M3 core.
