GaN researcher knighted in Queen's Birthday Honours list

Professor Colin Humphreys, Professor of Materials Science and Director of Research in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy at the University of Cambridge, has been awarded a knighthood for services to Science in the Queen's Birthday Honours.
