Embedded World: National Instruments show preview

  • Embedded World: National Instruments show preview

National Instruments will be demonstrating its latest reconfigurable I/O (RIO) technology for embedded monitoring and control at Embedded World, Nuremberg.

NI LabVIEW allows engineers and scientists to rapidly and cost effectively interface with measurement and control hardware, analyse data, and distribute systems through intuitive graphical programming. LabVIEW and NI RIO make fpga technology easily accessible, so you can define your own control circuitry while reducing the complexity and costs associated with traditional custom hardware. With advanced compiler technology and automatic multithreading, LabVIEW 2011 is the latest release in more than 25 years of innovation and provides a complete development environment for scientists and engineers to rapidly design, prototype and deploy complex applications.

NI Single-Board RIO combines deployable, embedded devices that feature a real time processor, reconfigurable fpga and analogue and digital I/O on a single board programmed with NI LabVIEW software. NI Single Board RIO devices are designed for high volume and OEM embedded monitoring and control applications that require high performance and reliability.

NI CompactRIO reconfigurable control and acquisition system designed for applications that require high performance and reliability. The system combines an open embedded architecture with small size, extreme ruggedness, and hot-swappable industrial I/O modules.

National Instruments will be on Hall 4, Booth 4-422.
