Dual port ram

Cypress has added 5 dual port port rams to its MoBL family.

Cypress has expanded its More Battery Life (MoBL) family of dual port rams with five devices aimed at high speed interprocessor communications.
The devices support 1.8, 2.5 and 3.3V I/O and are available in densities of up to 256kbit. Access times are said to be as fast as 35ns and data rates in excess of 200Mbit/s can be supported. Three devices feature the x16 configuration and offer capacities of 64, 128 and 256kbit. Two 8bit wide parts are also available to reduce trace routes and simplify board design. These offer 64 and 128kbit capacities. All come in a 100ball fine pitch bga package measuring 6 x 6mm.
