TI sets up power management business 01/07/2008
 
power management, analogue power products Texas Instruments is to consolidate its analogue power product lines into a newly created power management business unit. The new unit, to be headed by Steve Anderson, will sit alongside TI’s high performance analogue, high volume analogue and logic businesses.
Anderson will report to Gregg Lowe, senior vice president of TI’s Analog business unit. According to Lowe: “By establishing three dedicated analogue businesses, we further strengthen our ability to provide solutions for our customers and become an even more valued analogue supplier to them.”
