Elonics looks for more staff

Livingston based cmos rf tuner specialist Elonics is set to expand after securing an additional $1million of finance from a consortium of investors including David Milne, former ceo of Wolfson Microelectronics and John Carey, cofounder of AMD.
Elonics ceo David Srodzinski, pictured, said: “The additional funding has allowed us to accelerate the expansion of our team and ensure the fundamental business foundations are in place to grow our business into a global force in the cmos rf tuner market. These jobs offer a great opportunity to participate in the development of a world class company, and to work on products which are at the leading edge of what is technically feasible today.”
Elonics’ technology allows manufacturers to design high performance multiband radio transceivers with low power consumption and low system cost. Its products are targeted at high volume portable consumer electronics applications that require wireless multimedia connectivity where size, performance, price and power consumption are key parameters.
