Farnell signs global franchise with NXP

Premier Farnell has signed a global franchise agreement with NXP Semiconductors and put in place plans to significantly strengthen its stocking of NXP products, including discrete components, logic devices and ARM based microcontrollers.
Marianne Culver, group director and senior vice president, global supplier management at Premier Farnell, said: “The new global franchise agreement with NXP is very significant for us and for our extensive design engineering customer base. We are excited at the prospect of working with an industry leading organisation, marrying the strengths of NXP with Premier Farnell’s multi channel marketing capabilities to offer great support to our design engineering customers as they strive to bring their latest products to market as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
Under the terms of the agreement, Farnell will make the latest NXP products available with no minimum order quantities and with next day delivery.
