Aerco enters next phase of expansion 30/04/2008

DC fans and blowers, New franchises, Consolidation, Expansion programme The launch of three new marketing initiatives is set to take Horsham-based electronics and electrical component distributor, Aerco into a phase of major expansion.
Aerco has acquired part of the Spartan Europe business and a result, has gained four new franchises with Wernes Cambion, Hi-G Italia, Hypertac and Oxley.
The company has also begun a new joint venture with Delta Group, the Taiwan based electronics manufacturer of DC fans and blowers. Aerco has been appointed UK stocking distributor for Delta fans and will also provide stock and technical support to the Delta network of distributors throughout Europe.
Finally, Aerco will complement its existing range of products by adding cable and wire products and accessories to its supported product ranges.
“Most of our recent growth has come from large customers who are consolidating or reducing their supplier base,” stated Aerco’s managing director, Rob Laughton. “The reason we’re still competitive in this environment is because we have a very broad range of products that we are adding to all the time.”
