Fast track to prototyping

AWS Cemgraft’s new Fast Track prototyping service claims to turn around prototype or urgent low volume requests in five to ten days as standard.
“In other EMS companies urgent requirements are fitted in by the production manager around the regular workflow,” stated operations director, Jamie Maughan. “This can cause great scheduling difficulties and the quality of work can suffer. Fast Track orders are processed by a dedicated team and any work that has to be done on our SMT production lines is done early in the morning or evening, outside our regular production shifts. All other components are hand assembled in a special section of the factory.”
